Apna Radio, run by Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi, has been covering almost entire South Delhi since September 2005. IIMC is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. Thematic Focus: Apna Radio engages the students of IIMC along with students from the neighbouring universities like JNU and Delhi University. Almost all sections of the community come forward to participate in the programmes. Apni Chaupal caters to the urban villages and Apni Basti to the slum-clusters of the area.
