Set up by the Indian Society of Agribusiness Professionals, a network of agriculture and allied sector professionals, Kisan Vani Sironj caters to the marginalized sections of the society. Thematic Focus: The programmes cover a whole gamut of information required by the farmers like advisory on plant-protection, irrigation, market prices of agri-commodities, etc. During the harvest time, awareness camps are organised in the station premises, wherein farmers are informed on varieties solicited, procurement status, and standard specification of products that would be procured by government agencies and related information.
