Puduvai Vaani CRS aims at creating awareness amongst its listeners to improve their life by informing, enlightening, educating and entertaining them. The idea of setting up a CR station came after seeing adverse effects of Tsunami. Pondicherry University felt the need to equip communities with information on precautionary measures in times of a warning or a disaster. Thematic Focus: Women’s empowerment, communal harmony, health and education. It also broadcasts practical session for students.
