Setting up of CR station is another feather in the cap of Banasthali University. Prior to the establishment of the University, the villages in the region were deprived of basic amenities, including literacy. The community radio station was set up to fulfill the university’s objectives of promoting self-reliance through the khadi movement and creating social and political awakening in the local communities.
