Radio Kissan aims at focusing on local issues of livelihood, mobilizing local resources, harnessing community experiences, conducting community consultation and seeking participation in local governance to empower the local communities. Thematic Focus: Agriculture & rural development, women’s empowerment, local livelihood challenges and participatory preparedness, and promoting traditional art & culture.
