Radio Luit, the first campus-based community radio station of the North-East, was established in 2011 to give voice to the hopes and aspirations of Gauhati University community and also to the people living around the university. The CR station has been named after the Luit river. Thematic Focus: Radio Luit focuses on discovering talent within the community and individuals. It focuses on creating awareness and offering remedial solutions to the community.
